Our Carpet Care System

Ever since The Floor Care Company opened its doors in 1997 we have been focused on customer needs and delivering world class service using the most unique and environmentally-friendly process ever offered for commercial carpet care. Our participation with MilliCare and the nationwide franchise network allows us to continually improve our superior technology and strategies to keep us on the forefront of the carpet maintenance industry.

We have become the leaders in advancing proper preventative maintenance programs that help to protect and sustain the interior environment.  We achieve this by reducing the use of natural resources (water + energy), extending the useful life of flooring and furniture assets, and enhancing valued image by improving appearance retention.

MilliCare® Dry-Polymer Cleaning Method

The cornerstone of our commercial carpet care service is the MilliCare® method. This advanced polymer-based dry cleaning technology thoroughly cleans and preserves your carpet, and dramatically extends the useful life of your floor covering investment.

Key Advantages of MilliCare®:

Cleans thoroughly: The unique adsorbent polymers are brushed deep into the carpet and cling to soil, stains, allergens and odor sources. After the moisture built into the polymer has flashed away (less than 30 minutes) the dirt-laden particles are then vacuumed completely away, leaving the carpet clean, dry, and odor-free.

Leaves no solvent residue: Unlike other "dry" cleaning products, MilliCare's inert, non-toxic polymers leave fibers residue-free which slows resoiling and extends the life of the carpet.

Eliminates drying downtime: Our dry method eliminates drying downtime, complaints about wet feet, musty odors due to water left in carpeting, and potential liability for water-related slips and falls.

Biodegradable: MilliCare's polymers are biodegradable, reducing impact on the environment.

Improves Indoor Air Quality: Verified in independent tests

Does not stimulate microbe growth: MilliCare's thorough "dry" cleaning process eliminates two of the most critical components for microbe development - food and moisture.
